Warranty and Returns


When you buy a Motorads Online product you can be assured that it has been made to the very best industry standards. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect causing a problem with one of our products within the first 12 months we will replace it with a new one. *Please contact us within 7 days of the problem occurring and we will make every effort to help.

The warranty does not cover:-

• Any product with alterations or attempted repairs carried out without the authority of Motorads Online

• Any product used for an application for which it was not originally intended

• Any defect attributable to accident, abuse, negligence or failure of any other part of the vehicle.

• Internal and external corrosion

• Consequential damage

• Subsequent costs involved in fitting/removing – such as labour, loss of income, incidental expenses etc

• Any product returned without prior notice and without the original invoice

Items returned for a suspected warranty claim will need to be inspected by Motorads online staff before any credit is authorised or free replacement dispatched. Products should be returned to Motorads online at the customers expense in the first instance.

Returns Policy

At Motorads online we make every effort to make sure you receive the correct product in good time and in perfect condition. In the event of a very rare problem we try to make it as easy as possible for the customer. Please read our policy below.

Items incorrectly supplied will be refunded in full as long as they are returned in the original packaging and in original condition fit for re-sale.

If an item is damaged in transit please let us know immediately so that we can investigate the problem.

Items ordered incorrectly or no longer required can still be returned for refund. The item must be in original condition, unused, in the original box and fit for re-sale. The original cost of carriage is not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return carriage costs. A re-stocking charge of up to 25% may also be charged on the transaction.

Before returning any items the customer must first contact Motorads online. Refunds will not be completed until the item has been inspected by Motorads online technicians and all of the relevant communications have been completed. All returned items must be accompanied by the relevant invoice or proof of purchase.
